I commit to serving and helping others with my quite example and calm action. To achieve this, I commit to begin a dedicated practice of daily meditation and continued study on the principles and traditions of Buddhism and compassion.
I hope to service others with compassion and by a happy example to help bring more calm to stressful situations of family, friends and all others I meet. By my own continued study, it has brought much calm and greater happiness into my life and I would like nothing more than to share this calm, compassion and happiness with others.
